Through keynotes, workshops, and consulting, she trains individuals, leaders, and teams to find the unique spark that leads to deep engagement and productivity. An award-winning educator, Kathryn has written and spoken widely on creative learning and the secret strengths of outlier thinkers. She co-authored Creativity for Everybody (2015) and Discovering and Developing Talents in Spanish Speaking Students (2012) and has written several chapters in edited volumes. Kathryn writes a monthly column for The Creativity Post, has written extensively for publications and journals, her writing has appeared in The Washington Post, and she is a published poet.
